All gods have nice concepts and spheres of influence.

Mine fave is Balth. Because I believe in goodness and strife but also retribution.

My least favorite is Melandru.

Plus, all gods should have their own realms, to receive the souls of their followers.

In lore, all gods do. In gamplay, there isn't due to lack of resources on the live team. Linsey said that the Live Team has spent a lot of time trying to figure out how to implement the three last god realms, but it couldn't have been done.

Dwayna because i like the idea of healing, protecting, relieving the pain etc.., and Melandru for the idea of being one with nature, although i don't play ranger much, but it's a matter of how that profession works in the game.

I sincerely hope my human characters won't be forced to pick a side in GW2.

The human gods seem to become more petty, useless, and ineffective with each subsequent campaign.

I'd much prefer the Eternal Alchemy, or possibly the Charr way for my human heroes.

The choices for GW2 are Racial/Nationality based, not based on the gods. They will be either Ascalonian, Krytan, Canthan or Elonan. In at least one interview though it has been said that humans will have some skills based around the gods

Though Neo isn't exactly right to call them human gods. True, Anet called them such recently with the GW2 lore - but that's probably due to the humans being the only major race which worships the six gods. We've seen dwarves, forgotten, and possibly centaurs and naga all worship or follow the six gods along with the humans.

My favourite god is Melandru, because she seems to have a sort of neutral stance which is in my opinion the wisest as it is very unclear which faction is actually pursuing good, for all have flaws.

Arameth Juson (my main) is an assassin that follows Lyssa. He constantly prays for luck in his missions. (he has skills but a little luck never hurt anybody)

Grenth for sure. He sees the power and beauty in death in an almost neutral way. He doesn't demand everyone die, they'll all come to him eventually and none of that silly groveling. Simply devote your life to serving him , use power to prove your worth and if you die doing it, well, you can serve him in death and perhaps not mess up so badly.
